Dear Experts,
We are the manufacturers of Stabilizers.
We have got an order for Stabilizers from another manufacturer of Stabilizer.
The Stabilizer for which we have got order for is our own in house product specifically developed as per our customer requirement.
Now our customer wants us to deliver the Stabilizers to him with his brand name , his name and address on the stabilizer, as he wants to sell it as his product.
Our name and address nowhere appears in the product or its cover. Is it mandatory to put manufacturers name and address on the product?

It is not compulsory that your name should come in the item. Since you are manufacturing on behalf of them their name can appear and they will insist for the same.

It's kind of a Job work, which you'll undertake on behalf of your customer. You may manufacture under the name of your customer
