In Case of a salaried person whose gross income is 6.45 lacs and after deducting 80C it comes below 5 lacs. Whether he can file manual return for the Ay 2015-16?

The Gross total income is the criteria for filing Manual Return and not Taxable Income. Suggesting to go Online for AY 2015-16.
