Sir.
As per excise law, i am liable to file online returns under central excise. please tell me, do i need to file manual returns also ? My local excise office always ask me to file manual returns along with online returns, and harass me by asking money for those manual returns.

if your returns are proper and error free, then you can take stand not to submit offline copies,
however if you make random errors in filing return, then submission to R/O and correction of those would be headache in such case.
