We are buying Wood waste through Mandi Samity in UP and paying Mandi Tax thereon @ 2.5%.
My question is that whether Mandi Tax is liable for GST on RCM????

Dear Sir, RCM Provision except catogery of items which are put under compulsory reverse charge are on hold till further notification by GST Council.
