18 November 2008 dear all - through all TV channel its listen that Companies are reducing his manpower as tata motor,kingfiser,citibank,hdfc I want to know what is the resons behind this, What is the MANDI KI MAAR (This is the Hindi word - Mandi ki maar)How it efect BUSINESS .
