Kindly Maximum Remuneration paid to Managing Directors and Directors for
(a) pvt Ltd
(b) Public Ltd
(a) pvt Ltd

In case of Public Company maximum limit is 11% of the net profit (1%, 3%, 5% and 10% as depend on your company).
And in case of Private Company no limit. You can pay whatever you want.
And in case of Private Company no limit. You can pay whatever you want.
