i am in trouble how to manage my time while
attending office i am having ca final exams in june 09

15 February 2009 Try following:

1. Prepare a small diary on which you can briefly write important points of what you study. Alway keep this small notebook / diary with you. Whenever have time, just open it and read it through.

2. Prepare a schedule of studying some hours in morning and some hours in evening. If you can find a reading room, join it otherwise if you have to study at home, close the door of the room, switch off / activate silent mode of your mobile and ask family members as not to call you.

3. Try to do everything 5 minutes earlier. For ex, if leave office at 6 pm, leave at 5:55 pm, if plan to finish dinner by 9 pm, finish it at 8:55 pm. By doing this, we are ahead of our time.

4. Remember that 'Every Second Counts'.
