Making of HUF file

15 November 2010 Dear Sir/Madam,
My father has inherited property. We want to open HUF file, making my father as a Karta. For taking HUF PAN is it necessary to mention about this property or we can simply fill form 49A?
Some of my query regarding 49A
1) Name of the HUF for Name purpose
2) What would be The Name which would be printed on card
3) the Date of Birth/Incorporation date
4) Fathers Name

15 November 2010 For Creation of HUF You Have To Make a Declaration on Rs. 10 Stamp Paper. You Have To Give Name of HUF in Declaration Like Abhishek Jain HUF or Your Father's Name As The Case May Be. There Will Be A Clause Regarding Date of Incorporation in The Declaration. Mention Your Mail ID I Will Mail You A Format of Declaration.

5) Is it neccessary to have any inherited property to make the huf. If some one has the inherited property then how can we form HUF with this property.
6) 10 Rs NOn judicial stamp right?
