How to maintain accounts for bakery in TALLY ERP9 is it neccessary to create stock item? is it neccessary to maintain stock journal? is it necc. to post production entry? pls advise step by step creation of heads of ledgers and inventory details.

If you maintain stock also then you are in a better position as there would be proper compliance to provisions for maintenance of accounts and records under GST laws and you will be in a better position to monitor stocks, movement of stock and also HSN wise details etc.
