09 April 2011 Sir,
If we add the value of invoice of month Feb. 11 in March 11 but We submit Softex form of that invoice in Feb. Month.
Now it will be wrong??

09 April 2011 Then we submit our M.P.R. of March 11 or not?
If we submit then the amount of invoice will be add or not.
If we not submit M.P.R. of March 11 today then how much penalty for late submission??

09 April 2011 do not add it in next month , & advise revised MPR SUBMIT no penalty impose but you must lose the NFE.

11 April 2011 please also noted that:-

Net Foreign Exchange Earnings as a Percentage of exports (NFEP). The formula for calculation of NFEP is

A – B / A * 100

A = FOB value of Exports

B = Value of Imported Capital goods, raw materials and outgo of foreign exchange by way of Dividends, royalty, selling commission, foreign travel etc.
