In the Feb. Month M.P.R. Amount of 1 invoice not be added can we add it in March 11 or Not??

IT CAN BE POSSIBLE WHEN YOU PREPARATION AGAIN THE M.P.R AND WRITE A REQUEST LETTER IN THIS REGARD TO THE CONCERNED DC, AND ASK THEM FOR SUBMIT IT AS A REVISED MPR.

09 April 2011 Then we submit our M.P.R. of March 11 or not?
If we submit then the amount of invoice will be add or not.
If we not submit M.P.R. of March 11 today then how much penalty for late submission??
