30 September 2013 what is the significance of having an M.COM degree if you are an aspiring C.A? What are the merits and demerits?

30 September 2013 except that you get a master's degree no other benifit.CA is considered equivalent to post graduation not exactly a master's degree.
Further once you complete your CA you will get job on the basis of CA only .M.com will not get much value

30 September 2013 There is no demerit having an M.Com degree along with CA,
However, the positive aspect is that after qualifying CA,
It will add an another star to your resume while applying Jobs in Banking Fields...
