05 November 2012 IF WE HAVE ALREADY EXECUTED LETTER OF UNDERTAKING AND WE GOT LUT NUMBER THEN THERE IS NO NEED FOR EXECUTING B-1 BOND FOR SURETY AND SECURITY FOR EXPORT WITHOUT PAYMENT OF DUTY.

05 November 2012 Manufacturer can clear the goods for the purpose of export without payment of duty under LUT-1. Merchant-exporter can purchase the goods for the purpose of export without payment of duty under Bond(B-1).
