Step 1 : Apply for name availability and if the proposed directors do not have din number (director identification number) then apply for din also.
Step 2 : on getting the confirmation of name you have to prepare memorandum and articles of association
Step 3 : You have to file with roc memorandum and articles and address of registered office alongwith proposed directors.
Step 4 : If proposed directors do not have din number then you should get din no for them.
Step 5 : roc will scrutinise and give you certificate of incorpration.
Step 6: On receipt of certificate of incorporation you have to request for certificate of commencement of business.
Step 7: On receipt of certificate of commencement of business you can commence the business.
