Dears,
I have booked a flat in Oct-2010 for which I made sale agrrement on Jan - 2011 & I got possesion from builder on Oct-2013.
I am planning to sale flat now.
Please advise me from which date 3 years will be considered to avoid STCG and make it LTCG.

Date of purchase for LTCG would be date of sale agreement. date of booking and date of possession are not relevant.
