Dear Sir / madam
This is with the referance of article in The Economic Times dated 29.01.2009. In that it is given that there is no proof of travel require for claiming LTA, declared by Supreme Court.
Please confirm if it is correct or it will take some time to implement.

supreme court rule will be applicable for the time being.
However it may ammend later that it should be prerequisite to produce proof to claim expenditure. At that time then suprement court rule will not have effect on lta claimed after the ammendement date.
