I import material from foreign but lost bill of entry of home consumption quadruplicate copy.what do?

write a request letter to custom for attestation the copy of bill of entry desired by you as well as copy of this bill of entry and following documents be produced:
1. FIR
2. indemnity bond
3. undertaking
