If you e-file the return, then write the letter to CPC Banglore, If you file return manually, then write letter to AO of concerned ward.

See , if u hav filed return manually of e-return , u hav 2 submit an indemnity bond for rs.100 , saying that in present or in future u hav or u r not going 2 claim that refund amount which u hav lost to d concerned ITO.& FURTHUR ON RECEIPT OF THIS UR NEW REFUND CHQ WILL B ISSUED TO U

Agreed, in both case you have to give indemnity bond to IT dept.
