22 February 2013 One of clients imported goods & Bill of entry (importer copy) was lost during transit from CHA to client. Now the assesee has to seek refund of SAD & we need to file a indemnity bond for lost B/E.
Can you experts provide me with a format of indemnity bond for lost B/E.
