Whether loss from Future & Options of shares and commodities will be allowed with the profit of other non-speculative business ? Quote relevant section.

Loss from future and option is non speculative loss. Please read section 43(5) which has defined speculative transaction. F & O Profit/Loss is specifically exclued out of it.
Therefore any loss from F & O is allowed to be set off against other non speculative business.
