Long Term Capital Loss-Equity Shares

15 February 2021 I have Purchased King Fisher Air Lines Shares (applied through IPO Of Deccan Aviation Limited) for Rs.33596/- and DSQ Software Ltd Shares of Rs.29999/- in the year 2006. Now the shares of both the companies are not trading and almost closed. Can I claim Long Term Capital Loss against the above? For how many years I have to carry forward the Loss. pl. advise.
