This query is : Resolved

25 March 2010 I have long term capital gain on sales of shares as only source of income. The LTCG is exempt in case of shares.

Pls advice how do i represent the same in ITR II ? Wheter i shoow as long term capital gaim under computation of Capital Gain or straight away show as exempt income on the last page mentioned.

Kindly adive how do i fill my income tax form for the same

Thanks
