What is the tax rate on Long Term Capital gain arasing from transfer of any property other than shares.
Weather tax rate will differ if Indexing is done

09 May 2012 The rate is 20% for LTCG other than shares. In case of no indexation, the tax rate will not differ, but the amount of Gain shall differ.
