If an assessee is neither a tax payer nor a deductor, how can he/she log in in the website tdscpc.gov.in to check Form 26AS

05 December 2012 Register the PAN on the website and create the login id. Then you can see form 26AS using your login id.

If the assessee filed his return in the previous year, then only he can access FORM 26AS through TRACES.
Earlier in TIN-NSDL even the first time assessee can verify form 26AS, now it is not possible in TRACES
