I am working in Pune but my permanent address was in Hyderabad.
Can I file the ITR with Pune address ( Temporary address) in Pune or Can I file the return with Hyderabad address in Pune?

return should be filed as per PAN address,

First you have to transfer you PAN to pune and then you can file returns in PUNE address.
