Collect the Kilometer runs from staff which they used for use of office work and pay the same by voucher , it will not attract FBT also.

It will depend upon the number of employees. One option is to purchase a motorbike which can be used by Staff. It will not attarct any provision of FBT.
Please reconfirm the advice of Mr Jain as I have doubt that it will not attarct FBT.

If the amount is paid ad reimbursement, It'll not attract FBT.
