18 April 2011 one of our client company want some local people to act as director for the company what document should we ask for them apart from board resolution , power of attorny , authority letter . if we approache some new people do we execute a agreement with new people to act as director its urgent pls help me

Apart from board resolution , you need to ascertain that such particular possess valid DIN and further more obtain a consent letter from such particular person to act as director together with requisite fee .
If qualification share is required than requirement toward that also need to follow up .
