Loan taken & repaid in cash

19 August 2011 I Want to ask I have taken Loan of Rs.15000/- in cash & the said loan is also repaid within the month by me in Cash again so any section of Income Tax Act is attracted specially 269SS & 269T

19 August 2011 269ss & 269t is applicable in case of the amount is more than 20,000. So its not applicable in your case
