husband taken loan of Rs.2 lakhs to purchase property in the name of wife worth Rs.6 lakhs. Now can wife claim the transcation Rs. 2lakhs as GIFT from husband in her B/sheet ?

You can show it as loan.You can also show it as gift. But according to me, you should show as loan.
