I am interested to know whether a Pvt Company can grant loan to another pvt company or firm or to a director,
if the answer is yes is there exists any limit

A private company whose main activity is financing can lend to any pvt company or director or firm. But a non finance pvt company can only lend to another private company only. As per RBI there is no seperate limits fixed for these type of transactions.
