I have a loan account in standard chartered bank, I would like to close the account. How to draft a letter for the same?

Sub:- Request to close the account and supply No dues certificate.
Sir/madam,
I ramesh kumar verma s/o ******* R/o ************* heaving 3 loan account in your esteemed bank .
I would like to inform you that I have paid all the loan due on me you can check in your records.
In view of above, you are request to please supply me no dues certificate and close the said all three account.

Sir
I have not settled my dues before that I want to know my outstandings. Bank people have told me to first request for knowing the closing figure and specify the reason for closing.
Kindly send me a new letter

I binish pb s/o ******* R/o ************* heaving 3 loan account in your esteemed bank. I would like to inform you that I wanted to close the account for personal reason.
please tell me all the total amount so that i liable to have paid all the loan due on me
In view of above, you are request to please supply me no dues certificate after checking balance due on me and close the said all three account and please supply me no dues certificate.

I want to extend the Bank OD for two weeks because our MD is out of station. How can i make letter? ( Bank people told me send through mail Md is going for a purchase he will be back in two weeks)
