1. The purpose of loan. 2. Amount of Loan. 3. Your introduction/ profile narrating ur name, brief history,qualifications, ur experience in the field. 4 copies of ur last three years income tax return (if filed) and many other documents and explanations depending upon ur purpose of loan.
