Sir i want to know how a bank knows whether a person ha taken any loan previously from any bank or his loan has been rejected by any bank & for what reason it was rejected can bank knows?

Based on CIBIL report of any person or borrower in India.

ROC Search report will give an idea about from which banks the company had taken loan by creating charge.
If Bank rejects a loan, you can obtain details from the particular banker. However, they may not be open in view of confidential nature of the info. If you are very particular, try through RTI.
