What about the taxability of loading and unloading expenses paid to labourers in a Rice Mill? The Payment exceed Rs. 5000/- a day.

Since Unbranded or unpacked Rice is exempt from GST, so there will be no GST on loading and unloading paid to labours for RiCe Mill
