What is the fee structure for registration of a LLP as per partner contribution, on MCA portal ??

For the purpose of incorporation and registration of LLP with MCA, the fees structure varies based on the total partners’ contribution. You may enquire the form fees from MCA portal.
Following is the fees structure for Incorporation of LLP with Partners’ contribution being Rs 5 Crore:
Form 1: Name Approval Application: Rs 200
Form 2: Certificate of Incorporation: Rs 5000
Form 3: Filing of LLP Agreement: Rs 200
Requirement of DIN of the Designated Partners (min 2) also arises for incorporation of LLP, which shall be applied in form DIR 3. The fee for filing DIR 3 is Rs 500.
Apart from the Fees to MCA, the additional fess being stamp duty shall be paid for executing LLP Agreement. Stamp duty is to be paid on the agreement according to the stamp duty levied by concerned state.
