Llp incorporation

21 September 2015 Dear Sir,
Please let me know what are the attachments for LLP Incorporation Form-2.
and whether it should be on the stamp paper or not. and Notary should be done on that or not.
And also let me know wat are the other Forms to be uploaded after LLP Form-2 and what are its attachments.....

21 September 2015 You need to attach following documents with Form 2.
a. Consent letter (Form 9) from all partners
b. Subscription Sheet
c. Utility Bill for Registered Office
d. NOC from the Owner

You do not need to do stamping or notary on any of the above documents.

Once the LLP is incorporated, the partners are required to enter in to LLP Agreement. This agreement should be filed with ROC in Form 3 within 30 days from the date of date of execution of Agreement.
