llp made in april 2013 with 10000 capital, no activity till date.
how can llp pay 1 lac ruppes for 1 year delay in filing form 8, form 11?

But you do not have any other option. LLP has to pay it anyhow.

roc late fee were never so high even for pvt.ltd. companies.
