Recently I have started a LLP and my current turnover is less than 45 lakhs and expense is also less thank 25 lakhs.
For filing Form 8 of LLP do I need to do any sort of Audit from CA.

12 January 2016 No, if your turnover is less than 40 lacs or your contribution is less than 25 lacs. But you will require the form to be digitally signed by a CA/CS/ICWA
