Can LLP give Loan to Corporate and Individual is there any kind of Constraint in receiving or giving Loans?? Please share your views with references

Yes, LLP Act does not have any provisions with regard to giving Loan to anybody. However, you are also required to check LLP Agreement, if that contains such restriction or not.
