06 August 2015 If there is any change in the Designated Partner like Admission/Retirement and also change in their Contribution in LLP, then there is any need to amend the LLP Agreement???
If there is any change in the Agreement then please give me the format also???

06 August 2015 Yes, you need to amend LLP Agreement.

Form 3 and Form 4 will be filed in case if there is an Admission/retirement of DP/Partners.

In case of change in contribution, only form 3 will be filed.
