08 May 2015 Can I have the Format of attachment (Details of LLP and/ or company in which partner/ designated partner are a director/ partner (It is mandatory to attach this detail in case any partner/ DP is a partner in any LLP and/ or director in any company)) of Form 11 of LLP i.e Annaul Return pursuant to rule 25(1) of Limited Liability Partnership Rules, 2009? Its very urgent.

09 May 2015 There is no prescribed format for the same. I used to attach the pdf screen shot of the details given on MCA website. After login on MCA, you should click on 2nd link named 'Companies/LLPs in which a person is/was a director/Designated Partner'. Provide DIN of particular director and you will see the details in which he is director or partner. You can attach this in Form 11.
