What if LLP has not filed Form 8 for FY 13-14 till now.. Is it Mandatiry to file...???

Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, are required to file Form 8 & Form 11 with the Registrar every year.
If the LLP fails to file both Form 8 and Form 11 within the prescribed time limit, then an additional fees of Rs 100 is payable per day from the due date to the date of filing.
