Llp

This query is : Resolved

20 January 2015 In case of conversion of a company into an LLP, what would be the paid up capital of the LLp???

Does the paid up capital of the company would remain same for the LLP? or the LLP may decide to have their different Paid up capital????

Thanking you.

20 January 2015 Please note that all the shareholders of the company will have to be necessarily the partners of the LLP. The paid up capital should remain the same and in the respective capital contribution ratio as in the erstwhile company.
