10 June 2013 If two non CA form a LLP with LLP name starting with ca, is there any restriction on the same? i mean will they have to do any extra formalities for taking the name with ca?

11 June 2013 You cannot show your firm as a CA firm if the partners in firm are not chartered accountants.

11 June 2013 no, i know ca can form a llp but i think in that they have to follow many instructions issued by icia. ma question is only if two person who r nt ca want to form a llp with name starting with ca. They can do so without following any icai instruction?
