09 January 2012 Dear Experts ,
I have a doubt about listing of equity.Can anyone please explain me the relation and meaning of post issue capital and market capitalization while applying for listing in a easy manner.Possibly by an example.

But Suppose my Company Currently has a capital of Rs.5 Crores (before listing) and it is proposing to list its shares suppose 3 crores.What are the other capital composition required.Please solve.
