I am working in a Manufacturing Co. We are taking cenvat credit on Input, Capital goods and Service tax.Kindly advice me what type of service we can take cenvat credit.

20 January 2013 credit of service tax on services availed in relation to manufacture of your final product can be taken and will totally depend upon nature of goods manufactured thus answer cannot be concluded here.it would be better consult with local consultants to avoid unnecessary litigation
