Sub: List of Documentation in regard High Sea Purchase-Sales,

Please help to know the all documentation in regard High Sea trading without touching India border, So below is mentioning activities -

We booked the trading order from Hong Kong(Our Supplier) to Indonesia(Our Buyer), and did not want to disclose the rates and identity of both parties with each other, so we had to avoid the agreement system and followed one more better option as I am telling you in below Para.

So we appointed a person (Forwarder) in Hong Kong to switch the documents, meanwhile our supplier in HK would be done custom clearing in HK in the name of us (Our Company) and hand over the goods to our Forwarder and in-between we would sent the our invoice and packing list to him (Forwarder) in favor of Buyer(Indonesia), and accordingly our forwarder would switched the all documents in our company name.

But after two shipment our Forwarder has not sent to us the switching documents, now we want to ask for documents with List of our requirements i.e. Bank, custom, VAT , our record and other etc.,

Now please understand the confusions -
1) We transacted the advance payment by TT (received and given) in our account so we would be need or not of BRC from our Bank,
For – BRC (Bank realization certificate) we have to need of Shipping Bill, B/L, C. Invoice and Packing List etc.,

2) We also registered in DVAT department and have to send record of import-export to it in DVAT return,
So what paper we have to show them at the time of assessment etc.,

3) How we prove that we have done import from Hong Kong and export to Indonesia,

4) While there are option also of High Sea Sale (which we have done), does Government gives any kind of benefits to us or not?
