06 July 2010 Can any one suggest from wherer I can get the list of Defaulters as per RBI.

I tried to search on RBI site but could not get it.

06 July 2010 For defaulters, i.e persons defaulting in loans in banking systems, there is a process known as CIBIL. It contains credit report of all the defaulters. However, the access to the report is avaialble to the CIBIL members only and generally banking persons and RBI approvals are termed a CIBIL members.

So, In my view you have to look for some CIBIL Member who can provide you such report. Also, you can make webrequest through the site by provding details of the person, you want to enquire.
