Dear Sir,
A company is all set to get liquidated. It only has reserves of say Rs. 10K and corresponding assets are bank & Cash Balance. How should i go about from here?????

Try the EES 2011 if eligible.
Otherwise the process is big.

Agree with expert try the EES that is currently running till 31 Jan or you may wait till it returns again... may be after few months as it did after last year closure.
