02 March 2010 I wish to create a limited liability partnership with my spouse.

Can I create a limited liability partnership firm (in the capacity of an owner)or can I only create a limited pvt company?

02 March 2010 You can create an LLP with your spouse with only some rights and liabilities assigned to your wife. The LLP agreement can be worded accordingly.

You can also create a private limited company in which case the rights and liabilities of your wife would be restricted to the extent of her shareholding in the company.
